Troop 346 Handbook

The purpose of the Troop 346 Handbook is:

• To provide information and policies that are unique to Troop 346 and would not be found in any other source, such as meeting times, troop phone lists, etc.
• To interpret some of the BSA policies where questions have arisen. The intent is not to write our own rules, but to clarity the Troop's position.
• To provide a convenient source of answers for important subjects and frequently asked questions that could be found in other sources, such as how to earn a merit badge.
